Kehillas Bnei Hayeshivos was founded a decade ago by the very first families who settled into the fledgling neighborhood of Agan Ha’Ayalot in Givat Zev. Since then, our community has grown and expanded, flourishing both in size and spiritually to encompass a beautiful, close-knit community of 100 families, among them diligent avreichim, outstanding talmidei chachamim and many who set aside time daily for the sacred pursuit of Torah study.

While presently housed in a simple, temporary structure, the local shul and beis medrash, aptly named the Central Beis Medrash of Agan Ha’Ayalot, serves as a spiritual lighthouse to the neighborhood and community. Many locals have established this beis medrash as their fixed place for Torah and tefillah, drawing spiritual strength and commitment, absorbing warmth, empathy and encouragement from their fellow members, and spreading it onward to their neighbors and friends.

The Central Beis Medrash is also home to 7 Kollelim that, together, learn around the clock, filling the main Sanctuary, Ezras Nashim and every available space in the building with the pure voice of Torah. The community likewise sponsors a wide array of Torah-based learning and social activities, a neighborhood money-lending gemach, and myriad chessed projects that benefit each and every family individually and the community as a whole.

For the past years, Kehillas Bnei Hayeshivos has dreamed of building a permanent building to house the Beis Medrash and serve as the local bastion of Torah, tefillah and chessed, and with siyata diShmaya we’ve almost reached our goal! The outer shell of our stately edifice is complete, and all basic infrastructure is already installed. With a little more effort and help from our friends around the world, our dream of relocating from our cramped quarters into the spacious new building can transform into a vibrant reality.

The completion of the new building will enable us to launch additional shiurei Torah, minyanim and numerous chessed projects within the community, and the breathtaking Heichal will infuse our members, and specifically, the younger generation, with deep pride in our Torah and heritage. The brand-new Central Beis Hamedrash of Agan Ha’Ayalot encompasses an imposing Sanctuary; elegant women’s gallery spaciously designed to accommodate a large number of women and girls; auxiliary rooms for additional minyanim; a large, fully-stocked Torah library; Beis Hora’ah; and attractive reception hall where the residents can host simchas locally.
